The Automated Property Management System (APMS) is a single information and software complex that helps to effectively work with real estate, land plots and other property of municipal (state) enterprises or private companies.

A software package that performs four main tasks:

1. Property accounting. In automatic mode, information is collected / processed, an inventory is performed and a register of data on the property assets of the company is formed.
2. Control of transactions with movable and immovable assets. All transactions for the sale and purchase, leasing of buildings on the balance sheet, payments under contracts, penalties, fines and other processes related to the circulation of funds are recorded.
3. Control. Monitoring of the current and forecasting of the future state of the enterprise's property assets is carried out.
4. Formation of reports for analysis and submission to regulatory authorities. 
    

Implementation goals APMS

The system is necessary for federal organizations or private companies that work with property assets and want to set up high-quality accounting, monitoring, and property management.

For these tasks, our company will develop a software package that will provide:

• accurate work with property. Collection, accounting, creation of electronic registers with data on objects. The archive collects up-to-date information on the availability and condition of the company's movable / immovable property;
• convenient analysis of arrays of structured data. Special tools allow you to quickly process incoming information about the use of property objects;
• effective accounting of property transactions. The automated control system will help control the execution of contracts for the sale, lease, acts of donation or other types of transfer of ownership of the object;
• printing of primary documents for payment - invoices, receipts, notices, acts;
• integration with government portals. Import of data from public sources of USRR and State Property Committee. Comparison of data on land plots, engineering structures, buildings and premises with Rosreestr information;
• accounting for movable property. The automated control system works with objects of intellectual property, vehicles on the balance sheet of the enterprise. The program also enters information about deposits, securities and other types of property assets into the register;
• information transparency of municipal and commercial property management processes.

Property management through the electronic register is regulated by Order No. 124 of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation dated August 30, 2011.
