Detsky Mir online store
Task
Project problem:
- the old online store solution was no longer satisfactory due to the increasing workload and severe limitations;
- the implementation of the new marketing strategy required changes to the online store;
- the complexity of integrations with the company's 14 systems;
- the geographic expansion of delivery was required.
Decision
SAP's Hybris platform was chosen, but the out-of-the-box solution was not satisfactory, so Digital Zone modified Hybris, as well as implemented a number of additional custom modules.
- we set up Hybris from SAP: catalog, search, orders, cart, personal account, analytics, residue management, administrative management;
- improved the frontend, simplified the navigation;
- implemented the Marketing and Analytics modules based on the DZ Market platform.
Particular attention in completing a box solution, was paid to working with marketing and targeting promotions, calculations and providing customers with discounts, the possibility of using a loyalty system, discount coupons for partial payment of goods.

SAP Hybris e-commerce platform.
Result
- the store increased sales in new Russian cities by 20+ percent in the first year;
- additional delivery services, promotions, and the ability to form sets of products appeared;
- 78.4% revenue growth due to the launch of ecommerce in the first year;
- 50% increase in fault tolerance.
Adapted solution based on the Hybris platform from SAP, which was the best fit into the current picture of Detsky Mir business processes and was externally identical to the old solution.
Project timeline, labor costs:
- 14 months;
- 240 man-months;
- 30+ million rubles.
