Task

Project problem:

Needed a CRM application, but didn't want to use 80% of the unnecessary functionality of boxed solutions and pay to configure a boxed solution. I wanted a personal quick and inexpensive solution.

Decision

A classical CRM system has been developed: counterparty files, transaction mechanics, control of transaction statuses, control of managers by KPI, forecasting of revenues, sales volume and risks, analytics on active and passive clients, decision on deals and clients.

At the same time, the interfaces are made personally according to the wishes, so no unnecessary fields and settings for each role.

Result

A simple CRM application without redundant fields, whose customers quickly started using it.
